Are there any U.S. Army Personnel that are U.S. Navy SEAL qualified?
The U.S. Army has units that are like U.S. Navy SEALs but not SEAL qualified. U.S. Army Special Forces has military scuba teams, comprised of soldiers that have gone through U.S. Army Special Forces military scuba school (which was developed from the U.S. Navy SEAL model for training military scuba). The difference between the two is the U.S. Navy SEALs are used by the U.S. Navy to clear and secure harbors and other areas of interest that involve access to the land through water. U.S. Army Special Forces on the other hand use its military scuba teams for missions using water insertion.
